About Saalem Kids
We believe parents are the greatest influence in a child's faith journey, and we're honoured to come alongside families each week. Our goal is to create an environment where children feel known, loved, and excited to learn about Jesus.
Whether it's your child's first Sunday or they've been attending for years, they'll be welcomed by caring leaders and encouraged to grow in their faith through age-appropriate teaching and activities.
Registration
Please take a few moments to complete the registration form below. This helps us provide a safe, caring, and fun environment for every child, communicate important information with your family, and ensure your child has the best possible experience each week.
The registration form must be completed by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age.
Nursery
0 to 3 years old
The nursery is a safe, caring, and welcoming space for infants and toddlers. We provide a nurturing environment where little ones can play and explore.
Please note a parent or guardian must stay with their child while using the space.
Elementary
4 to 8 years old
Kids Church is a place where children can have fun, build friendships, and discover who Jesus is. Through interactive Bible lessons, worship, games, crafts, and creative activities, children explore God's Word in ways that connect with their everyday lives.
Our leaders create an environment where kids are encouraged to ask questions, participate, and learn that they are deeply loved by God. We want every child to leave knowing that they belong, they are valued, and they have a place in God's story.
Primary
9-12 years old
As children grow, so does their understanding of faith. Our 9–12 age group provides space for older kids to explore their faith more deeply, ask meaningful questions, and begin developing a personal relationship with Jesus.
Through engaging Bible teaching, meaningful conversations, worship, games, and activities, kids are encouraged to think about what they believe and how they can live out their faith in everyday life.

Nursery is available for children ages 0–3, Kids Church serves children ages 4–8 and ages 9–12 during the English Sunday service.

Kids Church takes place during the English Sunday Service. Children head downstairs after worship.

Absolutely. Parents are welcome to keep their children with them if they prefer.

That's completely normal.
Our team will help your child settle in at their own pace. If needed, parents are welcome to stay nearby until their child feels comfortable.

Yes. The safety of children is a priority at Saalem Church. Volunteers serving in Kids Church are required to complete appropriate screening, including a Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) where applicable, as part of our volunteer screening process.
Our Kids Church ministry also follows a Plan to Protect framework, which provides guidelines and procedures for maintaining a safe environment for children and responding appropriately to concerns.
We are committed to ensuring that those who serve with children are appropriately screened, trained, and supported, while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for every child.
